Between land, sea, and sky, our stilted wooden houses can accommodate 6 to 7 people. They are perched 3 meters above the ground and consist of a main house (60 m²) with two bedrooms and an equipped studio (25 m²), connected by a terrace. You will find all modern comforts: WiFi, TV, freezer, dishwasher, and much more. Hot water is provided abundantly thanks to a solar water heater. For cool evenings, a wood stove awaits you, as well as a barbecue to enjoy the sunsets. The terrace, largely covered, protects you from intense heat and occasional oceanic rains. Bicycles are available for you to explore the bike paths and roads along the estuary. Whether for a forest ride or a relaxing outdoor day, our exterior is designed for your well-being. Our location is ideal for nature lovers and wide-open spaces. Less than 10 km away, you will find the beaches of Soulac and Le Verdon, perfect for swimming, surfing, and seaside walks. Enjoy the summer markets in Montalivet, wine tastings from the Bordeaux region, and oysters from the estuary. For a friendly atmosphere, the guinguettes of the small ports of Talais, Saint-Vivien, and Le Verdon await you. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted: surf beaches, cycling trails, horseback riding, tennis in Talais, and even an airfield offering parachute jumps between Talais and Soulac. Access is easy: from the north, take the Royan-Le Verdon ferry; from Bordeaux, follow the road towards the estuary. A stay between comfort and adventure awaits you!

Our wooden studio on stilts, elevated 3 meters above the ground, offers a unique stay in nature with all modern comforts. Two mountain bikes are available for you to explore the cycling paths and quiet roads along the estuary. Perfectly located 1 km from the Gironde estuary, 6 km from the Atlantic beaches, and 5 km from famous vineyards, our studio is an excellent base for nature lovers. Within 10 km, you can enjoy vast, untouched beaches, taste local wines and oysters, stroll through summer markets, and relax in charming waterside taverns in small estuary ports (Talais, St Vivien, Le Verdon...). For sports and adventure lovers, the area offers plenty of activities: surfing on Atlantic beaches, cycling trails, horse riding, and even skydiving at a local airfield. The studio is accessible via the Royan ferry from the north or by road from Bordeaux.
